Established in 2005, the Creviston-Fader Duo is committed to expanding the repertoire for saxophone and electric guitar. Performing across the U.S., the Duo has an impressive repertoire of pieces written specifically for them by many award-winning composers including John Anthony Lennon, Gregory Wanamaker, Whitney Ashe, David Claman, Eric Schwartz, Brian Coughlin, Dorothy Chang, and Evan Hause. The Duo's debut recording, "Thrash”, is currently available on the White Pine label. 

 

Upcoming concerts include  performances at Arizona State University,  Penn State, and Marlboro College, as well as concerts in New York City.

In addition to the Duo, Christopher Creviston also appears regularly with pianist Hannah Creviston, the Capitol Quartet and harpist Frances Duffy. Mr. Creviston is a professor of saxophone at Arizona State University. Oren Fader is a member of the renowned contemporary ensemble Cygnus, and tours the world with Poetica Musica.  He has been on the guitar and chamber music faculty of the Manhattan School of Music since 1994.
